Cartedd't and Sannachiùdere
These are images that testify to our strong traditions of Puglia. Chef Vin, as the recipe has come down from grandmother Rosa, knead, cut, fry and frizz all day to finally crank out delicious cartedd't (or folders as they are called in Bari) and sannacchiudere. The industrious bees provide us with the Queensland gold at last miele per guarnirle. Non resta che portarle in tavola: yummyyyy!!!
