Who Wore #24 In Baseball

potato sausage with roasted potatoes


This is one of those recipes save dinner "... one of those tasty recipes to prepare in a short time and is so simple that it needs no great explanation!
... with little effort will prepare a complete and tasty mouth-watering! Guaranteed!
away in the kitchen ...

Ingredients for 3-4 people:
  • 5-6 medium potatoes
  • about 450 grams of sausage (sausage)
  • breadcrumbs to taste extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • rosemary to taste ( dried or fresh)


Procedimento:
  1. per prima cosa lavate, pelate e tagliate a fette le patate (non troppo spesse altrimenti faranno fatica a cuocere ma neppure troppo sottili atrimenti si "spappoleranno"...diciamo meno di 1cm - foto 1 )
  2. fate bollire in un tegame dell'acqua e tuffatevi all'interno le patate per 4-5 minuti ( foto 2 ) - questa operazione accellera di parecchio la cottura delle patate!
  3. in una pirofila da forno ben oleata sistemate le patate e la salsiccia tagliata a tocchetti spolverate il tutto con una generosa manciata di pangrattato e un po' di rosmarino...mescolate bene and supplemented with a little 'of olive oil (3 photos ) - not go overboard with the oil! the sausage will release a little 'of fat that contribute to good flavor to your potatoes!
  4. bake your dish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes until cooked (4 photos ), stirring with a wooden spoon every so often ( careful not to break the potatoes )
to have a nice gratin ... during the last 5 minutes of cooking, put the pan in the most 'top of the oven and place the oven in a "grill" :-) until the potatoes and the sausages are well colorful!


i miei consigli: volendo...5 minuti prima della fine della cottura e quindi prima di passare alla gratinatura...spolverate il tutto con un po' di parmigiano che con il calore del grill si scioglierà creando una fantastica e saporita crosticina!
