Can I Cap The Drain Valve On My Water Heater

The recipe for these cakes, I was pleasantly surprised ... in fact, remain soft and less "rubbery" of common muffins ...

are flavored with lemon, vanilla and cinnamon ... but no one actually prevents you from adding or deleting one of these spices to your taste ...

dough I added some chopped nuts ... but the classic combination with raisins and 'really good ...

try and you can also find the option you prefer ...

and I recommend it ... a little 'patience with the installation of the mixture for good ... maybe' that's the secret of their softness! (If using an electric mixer or planetary really no time ... you put a little 'more' hard work but if you mount it by hand with the whip ... but worth it!)

Ingredients 12 cupcakes:

  • 300 grams of flour 3 apples



  • 3 eggs 125 g sugar (for the dough) + 1 handful of sugar around (to be added to the apples)

  • 100 grams of butter

  • 1 / 2 packet of baking powder

  • 1 vanilla bean or one teaspoon of vanilla extract (obviously. .. better to use the vanilla bean! But if you have not even used the bag ... very vanilla chemical but that's okay!)

  • 1 lemon (the juice that we will use both the peel)

  • 100 ml of milk

  • a pinch of cinnamon

  • icing sugar to taste to decorate

  • a handful of nuts or raisins ... optional! (I have prepared several times ... both are great with walnuts with raisins ... the choice is yours!)
Preparation:

  • first prepare ... apples! wash and Privatel skin, remove core and cut into slices (1 photos) and put in a bowl

  • private
  • the lemon peel, chop it with a crescent or the mixer (3 photos ) and sprayed with the juice of apples (which will remain a white color!) - 2 photos ... add a handful of sugar, stir and let soak for 15 minutes (the time needed to prepare the dough!) .. . every so often to rotate them and season thoroughly with lemon and sugar syrup

  • in a large bowl, break eggs, add sugar (4 photos ) and beat with a whisk electric mixture until light and fluffy (5 photos )

  • add the flour sifted with baking powder (6 photos ), stir and then stir in the milk, vanilla (or vanilla seeds obtained by carving and scraping the vanilla pod), a pinch of cinnamon (if you like!) chopped lemon rind, melted butter and warmed and beat vigorously for good (7 photos )

  • last add a handful of coarsely chopped walnuts ( 8 photos) or raisins (you have left to soak in a little 'warm water and then squeezed)

  • buttered and lightly flour a muffin pan (Of course you can also use the aluminum cups) and fill 3 / 4 full with the mixture (9 photos )

  • positioned on each tart apple slices (10-11 photos) or 4 ... 5 slices per cake

  • bake in the oven already 'hot at 180 degrees (preferably with ventilation function) for about 20 minutes until they are golden or until toothpick inserted it will be' clean and dry baked

  • ( 12 photos), then remove each cake with a spoon and let cool on a wire rack (13 photos )

  • sprinkle with icing sugar (14 photos ) ... And good "soft" candy apples at all!






the mei tips:

  1. will be even more 'sensational when served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or

  2. if not consumed within 1-2 days of course you can freeze! once thawed are soft and delicious as freshly made! :-)

  3. store them in an airtight container or a tray covered with plastic wrap so ... 'to stay moist and soft for long!
